Hello everyone, I from southamerica, and I want to verify the authenticity of this product. It is a dual sense ps5 controller 30th anniversary but it has this serial number CFI-ZCT1W and the packaging is quite different from what I saw in the US market, it has Japanese letters. Is this an original product or a copy. I have pictures I can send to you. Thank you for your help
Seems okay. The controller you see was made for the Japanese market and its normal to have the local language on the box as you can see below. If you want to confirm authenticity then try scanning the QR code https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/find-dualsense-controller-serial-number/ (The serial number is 17 alphanumeric characters long and can be found on the back of the controller, either underneath or by scanning the QR code. The model number is 8 alphanumeric characters long and can be found on the back of the controller, above the QR code.)
