Hi everyone, my ps5 goes into sleep mode after 18 minutes of playing any game while using my pulse 3D headset or my ps3 wireless stereo headset. I've already disable the option of sleep mode while playing and multimedia, rebuild the database of my ps5 and restart both of my headset, but the problem persist. Please can anyone help me with this problem? In my country there are no official Sony support store. Thank you for your time.
